Complaint procedure

We hope you enjoy your stay at ISVW and/or enjoy our products. Should you be dissatisfied with your stay/purchase, we would like to hear from you as soon as possible. We would like to be able to solve any issue that arises within your stay and adjust accordingly.

The ISVW has a transparent and effective complaint procedure that consists of two parts.

For all complaints regarding the stay, accommodation, a course or training and the service of the staff, you can send a letter or e-mail to Chantal Orth, general director of the ISVW, within four weeks of the incident. You will receive a response as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks.

If you are not satisfied with our handling of the complaint, it is possible to appeal to the Disputes Committee for complaints about a course, training, the quality of the trainer or the content of the course. This independent party mediates between the consumer and the institution if they cannot resolve the issue together.

You can contact the Disputes Committee up to one month after the response date to your complaint, stating your previous complaint and the response to it. For more information, consult the website of the Disputes Committee: degeschillencommissie.nl

This scheme is valid from August 2010.
